Review Guidelines

Companies wishing to have equipment reviewed by Nose Wheelie should submit a query via e-mail to webmaster@nosewheelie.com. Only equipment that is considered of interest to our audience will be considered. This includes complete boards, decks (longboards only; short boards may be considered if they are considerably different from mainstream short boards, i.e., made of exotic materials, flexible, etc.), trucks, wheels, bearings, safety equipment, and accessories (provided they are significantly different than other similar products on the market). In addition, we gladly accept equipment with cosmetic blemishes, provided they do not affect performance. All requests for reviews are subject to approval, and will be considered on a first come-first served basis. Unless special arrangements are made, equipment submitted for review will not be returned, and shipping costs must be absorbed by the company. Arrangements may be made for companies based in the San Diego area for a representative of Nose Wheelie to pick up the equipment at the company's place of business.

All equipment reviews are created as separate HTML documents, that are indexed with the major search engines with intelligently designed keywords in the META tags to help those searching for the company's products to find them easily. In addition, these documents will have a stable url, so that those who bookmark them can come back months later and still find them.
Reviews contain links to the company's home page. Companies whose equipment is reviewed will also be priority status (bold type and listings at the top) of our Skate Links page.
Graphics provided by the company may be incorporated into the review, including banner advertisements with a link to the company's home page at the top of the review. (Graphic files must be a reasonable size, under 50 K for graphics and under 10 K for banners.)
Every effort will be made to obtain pictures of the reviewer using the equipment for inclusion in the review.
